DIRECTIONS to the Peninisual Media Center:

Here are more specific directions for you to find the Media Center. It can be tricky, especially in the dark.

Note: It is not possible to get there directly if you take the 101 San Antonio exit because can only be accessed from the east-direction on San Antonio.

1- Take the San Antonio Ave exit from 101.

2- Drive to the first light.
    This is the corner of Charleston
    There are two gas stations on the far side and opposite corners from each other.

3- Make a U-turn at this corner.

4- Get in the far right lane.

5- Take the San Antonio access road to the right.
    It is a gentle splay off of San Antonio Ave..

6- Turn into the spacious driveway of a fairly tall building.
   This building has 5-ft tall letters spelling out MEDIA CENTER.

7- Enter through the second glass door towards the back of the building, near a scrubby tree.

    You will see 5 TVs hung up high above the foot traffic area, each playing a public access station.

     If this is a session with a large studio audience, there will be someone to great you.

     If no one is in the lobby, or the kitchen, we're setting up in the studio.
       Go through any unlocked door looking for the crew members or for Susan Kraft.
       (the doors will be either to a bathroom/dressing-room, the control room, or the studio)
       It is pretty easy to see how far we along in set up.

If we are taping, be very careful not to make a noise - generally, we will not be taping prior to 9:15.
